Parker Towers

Built in the 1960s, Parker Towers is a residential community in Forest Hills, NY located just a short subway ride from midtown Manhattan. We updated the visual brand for the Jack Parker Corporation as the towers needed a dramatic, modern update to be competitive in the NYC residential rental market. By working closely with Jack Parker Corporation’s leadership team and the architect/interior design firm, we created a comprehensive brand design system with a nod to mid-century modern design that was implemented across a variety of platforms.
